Equations of Motion of a Governor with Lagrange method

Derive the equations of motion of the following dynamic systems. The method is arbitrary, however, the Lagrange method is recommended.

A governor is shown in the figure. The system has two DOF. You will find that one of the coordinates is missing in the Lagrangean of the system. That indicates that its associated generalized momentum is conserved.
